CHRISTIAN BROWN

Guitar | Bass | Piano | Voice

Christian is a music producer and audio engineer in the Eugene/Springfield area, and most of his musical education has taken place in the recording studio over the last decade! He often finds himself being the whole ‘band’ for vocal artists, performing and recording a variety of instruments. He brings his instrumental experience into crafting full arrangements, and he even aids his studio artists in the composition of their music. Over the last ten years he has also actively performed with his former band Sojourner throughout Oregon and Washington.

Christian's love and enthusiasm for music is readily apparent the moment you get him talking. His main focus for his students is to first give them the foundational technique and theory skills for learning the instrument, and then to facilitate the sense of wonder, which guides and motivates the learning process.

In his free time, Christian is constantly taking up new hobbies, such as woodworking and tinkering with small electronics. He and his wife are the proud parents of a beautiful baby girl and an eccentric tom cat, and he enjoys leading worship and serving at his church.
